After 20 years of leadership roles in recruitment, Jackie spent time developing teams with a focus on diversity & inclusion. Jackie explains there are many types of diversity and that it’s important for companies to foster a culture of inclusion so that every voice is heard, every contribution valued.

Whilst this could sound onerous, in practice, Jackie has found it has major benefits for companies, who are more likely to attract, engage & retain the right talent because they are ‘speaking the same language’.
