Ottawa – 7th October 2020 – Accenture has agreed to acquire Ottawa-based provider of consulting and technology services, Avenai. With Avenai’s significant focus on the public sector market, the acquisition will enhance Accenture’s capacity to drive the technology transformation taking place across the public sector in Canada. Financial terms were not disclosed. Fortissimo Capital sells 50% of Priority Software holdings at a $250 million valuation
Tel Aviv, Israel – 5th October 2020 - Global growth private equity firm, TA Associates, has announced that it is acquiring 50% of Israeli ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software company, Priority Software Ltd, one of Yuval Cohen’s Fortissimo Capital’s portfolio companies. Though terms of the deal were undisclosed, it has been reported that the acquisition was based on a company valuation of $250 million. The fund had initially entered negotiations about investing in Priority a year ago, but the deal failed to materialize.
