Matt will be leading our mergers and acquisitions services in North America as Senior Vice President for North America; he comes to us with a wealth of experience as an entrepreneurial business leader in many different software sectors. The rest of our international Boss Equity TEAM are excited about Matt joining.
Exciting Plans for Expansion
Since our inception, some eighteen years ago, in the Document Management (1999) sector, we have provided M&A services to many different companies from sub-sectors of the Software Tech sector, across a range of geographies. Now, we feel the time is right to extend our technology focus and regional reach and, through our new EVA framework, we intend to revolutionise the world of mergers and acquisitions. In support of this strategy, we are excited to welcome some new members to our senior executive team. We anticipate that the addition of their broad industry experience and market insights will offer greater support and geographic coverage for our clients.

Having been a business leader in a number of organisations in our sector, Matt also has broad consultancy experience. Matt specializes in the software tech sector and brings 20+ years of founding and leading early and growth stage companies as CEO/Growth Strategy Advisor.
Matt has wide-ranging experience and a proven track-record of success, recruiting talented leaders, building productive teams in sales, customer success, marketing, finance, operations, business intelligence, product development, business development and in driving overall company strategy.
In a recent leadership role, Matt lead a growth stage, Saas-based software company to triple-digit success with over 10,000 customers and 110,000 users. The same company has been recognised as one of Inc. Magazine’s “5,000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America”, for 3 years running.
Venture Capital Funding Experience
Having lead both A&B Series funding rounds and raising capital in excess of $20 million, Matt is proficient in venture and growth stage funding.
