EasyVista to Acquire Knowesia – Transforming Self-Help with Intelligent Knowledge Management

Contegix Acquires Cloud Service Provider BlackMesh
St. Louis - June 13, 2017 - Contegix, an application management services provider, has acquired BlackMesh Inc., a cloud services provider specializing in web content management application hosting and secure compliance solutions. The combined Company now serves more than 1,200 customers in both the public and private sectors. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. “The addition of BlackMesh is a significant leap forward for Contegix and our customers,” said David Turner, CEO of Contegix. “BlackMesh’s advanced web content management capabilities, coupled with their federal security and compliance certifications, align very well with our existing portfolio of application management services designed for the DevOps community. Microsoft signs agreement to acquire Hexadite to support ongoing investments in next-generation security innovation
Redmond, Washington - June 8, 2017 — Microsoft Corp. has signed an agreement to acquire Hexadite, a company delivering agentless, automatic incident investigation and remediation solutions. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. Once closed, the acquisition will build on the successful work Microsoft is already doing to help commercial Windows 10 customers detect, investigate and respond to advanced attacks on their networks with Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection (WDATP). “Our vision is to deliver a new generation of security capabilities that helps our customers protect, detect and respond to the constantly evolving and ever-changing cyberthreat landscape,” said Terry Myerson, executive vice president, Windows and Devices Group, Microsoft. “Hexadite’s technology and talent will augment our existing capabilities and enable our ability to add new tools and services to Microsoft’s robust enterprise security offerings.”

SYNNEX to Acquire Westcon-Comstor North America and Latin America Businesses

OpenText to Acquire Covisint for $2.45 a share

Atento Completes Acquisition of Majority Stake in Interfile Leading Provider of BPO Services in the Financial Services Sector in Brazil
Sao Paulo, June 13, 2017 - Atento S.A., a provider of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing solutions (CRM BPO) in Latin America, and one of the three top providers worldwide, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Interfile. A definitive agreement to acquire the company was announced in March 2017. "We are excited to complete the acquisition of Interfile, which strengthens our capabilities and positions Atento as the leading provider of credit origination BPO solutions in Brazil and in the Latin America market. Through this transaction we are doubling our market share in the USD 1 Billion Latam credit origination BPO market to approximately 10%. Hyland Partners with Hitachi to Drive its APAC Presence
Hyland, a provider of software for managing content, processes and cases has announced its partnership with prominent digital solutions provider, Hitachi, Ltd. Ricoh Japan Signs Dealership Agreement with 3D Printer Manufacturer EnvisionTEC
Gladbeck, Germany - EnvisionTEC, a global manufacturer of desktop and full-production 3D printers and materials, has signed a dealership agreement with The Ricoh Japan Co., Ltd., part of the imaging and electronics company based in Tokyo. Beginning later this year, Ricoh Japan will begin selling 3D printers, materials, training and support in Japan through its agreement with EnvisionTEC GmbH, the German arm of EnvisionTEC’s global family of companies. KKR exits European software leader after seven years of ownership
KKR initially acquired Visma in 2010 at an enterprise value of $1.3 billion (NOK11 billion). Over the past seven years, Visma has significantly grown revenues from NOK2.8 billion in 2010 to NOK7.9 billion in 2016, a compound annual growth rate of 19%, and improved EBITDA margins from 19% to 25%. In addition, the company has completed more than 100 add-on acquisitions over the same period of time for an aggregate enterprise value of c. $1 billion (NOK8 billion).
